I bought a gold ring in the store Jahonts, the price of which is 160 USD with stones... The ring lining is five times because it is wide and it inflames the skin (never it hasn't been, already it will seem weird)! last time i saw that one of the stones fell out and for how much the ring had a warranty, i brought it to the store to have the ring repaired.. after a while call me and say i can go after the ring, so it's not repaired because it was deformed.. when I got the ring back it really looked like an egg... (I made a big mistake when I took it from the store)! at the time I wrote a claim application for the ring to be repaired, replaced or returned... of course they refused.. a call to the office of the retail manager... a conversation of choice terrible, response to customers is completely zero... no compromise, so I said to give me my direct manager's phone number, to which he replied that he did not have to do it, who would I need it? etc. when I found out the phone, I couldn't call the director because always when the caller was busy or dropped out... when I finally managed to call, we pronounced.. I thought at least one normal person in that office.. said that by going to their ring and call me back.. after a week of waiting A call from the director of the house, which made me realize that I had sat and beat that ring, because it was completely broken... in a word - MURGS! I don't know what it is about the gold they sell there, but it's not good... NEVER and I don't recommend anyone to buy anything in that store... NEVER!
