Been to Rogersville 3 times to pickup parts stood in line and had another hour to wait if I got them

Not enough quality help in parts department to service customers parts people are lowest paid workers in store and most faced by customers User’s recommendation: Try to get through on phone almost impossible to parts and pay in advance.

Rip you off and admit it

Took my draper header there for repairs . They charged $46 to change a sickle section on a cutter bar. This is ridiculous for removing two bolts. it is a 2 minute at best job for one section. 25 of them for $1147.00 or $2294 per hour. i am sure this has happened to many customers before... Read more➤
