Warranty Repair
In the toll warranty of a cell phone, suddenly the screen remained white with streaks. I received a call from MTTC today. I was told that it was not the manufacturer's fault that I had dropped the phone and the screen had broken, it should be replaced with money, although I repaired the phone with a completely full screen, now they sent me a picture showing that the phone has a broken screen. Offered to replace the screen for more expensive money than the phone itself costs. When I called MTTC, I told them that I had a phone charge with a completely full screen, to which they replied that the screen had been broken. I seem to know the condition of the toll phone, but they gave me so much that the screen is passed beaten. The warranty card does not mention that the screen has been hit. It is good that before the transfer to the warranty,i took my phone. Also TELE2 called and told me about the situation, they just made a call to the company that is repairing and making claims against them. I recommended that TELE2 evaluate with which companies it cooperated and read the complaints that are written about this company, the TELE2 operator just told me that those who write these complaints are dissatisfied and they are not true.
