I've been a customer for a couple of years. Honestly, bills are always refunded until the onset of a pandemic. Due to the pandemic, I lost my job and it was possible to apply for credit for the holidays. It seemed that everything would be fine, but the job could not be found so easily, so the income was very small. Ferratum did not object, did not offer solutions. Claim for another month to credit the holidays, it also does not apply. Just went on to pay the bill. Has been delayed for 3 months now and is finally starting to work. I contacted Ferratum to negotiate future payments that I can't repay as much as is set, but I can pay 100USD a month. So I worked for the minimum wage. They didn't go against it.
