Not providing receipts

I made a booking for the Sofitel Hotels via HappyRooms. They sent a confirmation email with the statement: ‘fully paid’. There was no where on the email that said what price I had paid. Problems with the house manager.

If you want problems, take VITOLD PEIPINI as your manager. Unlike all related managers: * Vitolds Peipinsh will never enter into a management agreement with you; * You will never receive answers to questions - which are part of management at all; * You will pay as much as Vitolds Peipins asks. If you do not pay, then you will simply turn off the electricity. * If, however, you want to have electricity - you will pay everything he will ask, including - for the renewal of electricity. If you are satisfied with all the above - Vitolds Peipinsh will be the right house manager for you!
