We had 2 bedrooms designed. We called designer out twice to change something we didnt like in one bedroom. She changed it, was design of a wardrobe. Therefore we signed and paid. Surveyor came out, told me everything is fine, no changes needed, didnt show me survey just asked me to sign as NO CHANGES TO DESIGN....
