Trying to get Hallmark Now when I already have a subscription

I don’t believe I received an answer to my problem but I think my son helped me figure it out. I started streaming on my TV with Fredrick and was not sure how to get Hallmark Now on my TV

Movies will not play on phone app and kindle app

I am able in log into hallmark movies now but when i try to play the movies it kicks me out. I have restarted both my kindle and phone but it still does it. I have a yearly subscription until Dec. 3 of 2021

We get terrible service. We watch Hallmark Movies Now through Amazon Prime & a Subscription

Does not come up once we click on Hallmark Movies Now. The screen goes blank and it keeps buffering. It also wants us to keep inputting our login, not fun we are using a firestick.

Won’t work!!

I need to cancel my subscription to the Hallmark Movies Now program. Our television is not new enough to accept the programing. Please let me know when this is accomplished. So sorry, I really wanted to see the When Calls the Heart Series. Cecilia Hentges
