I bought a frame from them,few weeks later broken.. replaced with same frame new one…few weeks later broken same spot..replaced…2 days later broken third time …now 4 weeks fighting for exchange or refund and no action taken…regional manager is passive..head…

I purchased glasses for myself and my wife just prior to Covid shutdown. We were contacted and told we would not receive our glasses until after the store reopened. The glasses were paid in full.
