Why am I still waiting after 3 weeks for replacement glasses due to defective lenses due to poor quality control User’s recommendation: Stay away.

Poor Find

Waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery. Promised return calls not made! Try and find HO phone number! Good luck. Theyre quick to take your money! User’s recommendation: Find an alternative. Go with a mom and pop shop where they care about you.

Worst customer care ever encountered.

After their stores closure back in March due to Coivd-19 situation, there is no way to contact them regarding dealings started before the closure for which they’ve charged money and never delivered. On-line customer feedback form is useless since there is no response from them. User’s recommendation: Take you business elsewhere.
