A year ago, we needed to buy a new phone. As far as the bee had discounts and I was also a customer of the bee, I chose to buy a phone right there. The seller took the initiative to help me find the right phone for me. I wanted an inexpensive phone with a normal camera. The seller offered huawei p20 lite, which was directly in the stock and paid 257. 85 dollars. Before that we talked to the seller that more expensive than 250 will not buy. I wanted to take the installment for 6 months and pay the first installment of 90 dollars. To this the seller replied that this phone has the terms of the contract for 12 months to pay and the first deposit may not be made. It didn't satisfy me, but I couldn't agree on how much I couldn't buy right away. And the seller was constantly trying to convince methat this is a good deal and the phone is good price, cheap and in stock like nothing. The price was repeated 257. 85 dollars all the time. I agreed, I signed an agreement, which, of course, I did not properly review. And now, almost a year later, I wanted to buy a new phone, because the huawei p20 lite is now the last dung. I went into Vodafone and bought a phone there and offered to switch to them. I agreed, because the bee was already tired of me with his mystical tariff plan offers, which were not suitable for me (this is another story). There were 2 payments left for huawei, when the last one came mysteriously large, I started researching the contract. Where it turned out that the share price was actually an amount without VAT and in fact the phone price was 312 dollars. I remember very well how the seller repeated the price of 257. 85 to me all the time and how I was called. I understand that I am to blame myself and now I feel like a fool,that I didn't look properly at what I was signing. I trust so much that "honest" company bee. We will never buy anything in that store again.
