I’m one of the few that actually pays for the Gwinnett Daily newspaper as I enjoy “local” information for my area. I’ve paid for this year (Oct 2018-Sept 2019) in advance. Non deivery of paper for 2 weeks, then delivery for a couple

It’s like a suprise when it gets delivered, if Charter is paying for the subscription then they are getting scammed by the GDP. Where do the papers go??? Something is definitely wrong here and has been that way for years!
