Poor quality product, ignorant, indifferent staff
Buying a mattress in a store offered me many different ways, when I chose 1, it turned out that this mattress is currently unavailable. I chose another one, it was also not available.. So it continued several times until I was angry bought a mattress 2x more expensive than planned. Staff with very poor knowledge of the product and poor computer skills. That's not the end of it! Over time, highlights appeared on the mattress - do nothing, try to return after the warranty. After drawing up a defect report in the same store, a company representative came to me to see the mattress. During the inspection, the representative mentioned that many customers had complained about the particular model, the manufacturer had acknowledged the defect and they were all replaced. But later I received a letter of refusal based on the assumption that the mattress was not changed. I replied to the letter briefly that they could accept whatever they wanted (besides, I had changed the mattress). Then the answer was as follows: During the survey I signed the paper where it was mentioned, I did not change the mattress. That's when I sign the paper without reading it properly... I already think I'm signing about being surveyed but nothing.. Respectively, after long and tedious disputes, Pty. ALB agreed to replace the mattress with a loss of 40 AU$ for the fact that the mattress has signs of use. I recommend avoiding this fraudulent office. : )
