I have bought masks on Feb 2020. They charged my credit card included shipping and tax, but they never ship masks to me.

I have bought the masks but it was never shipped

I bought some masks from this company in Feb 2020 but it never shipped. The status is still “processing”. I sent multiple emails to them but nothing happened. It is a SCAM! The credit card was charged.
