My grandpa is still getting my policy and I want to change it to where I get it
I RECEIVE 3=4 ARTICALS FOR INSURANCE PER WEEK IN MY usps BOX IF I WANTED OR NEEDED THIS INSURANCE I WOULD HAVE GOT IT ON LINE 5 YR. AGO MAKE THE MAIL STOP STOP LANDFILL LOTS OF DEAD TREES FOR ALL THE CRAP YOU SEND

Good Gerber experience

Our daughter passed away in July, 2018. In December I received a letter from Gerber that they needed some forms signed and returned so they could process our life insurance claim for Michelle. Spent 27 minutes on hold to report the death of the insured and after giving all the information requested by the representative mentioned that we had spent nearly a half hour on hold was dismissed as with a statement that “there company is very busy”
