Our store was robbed at night, the alarm went off, but the security of Grifs AG did not come, because it turns out in the contract that Griffon security guards only call and leave only when deemed necessary. This was obviously not the case. In the morning, when we discovered the theft, a Griffin employee came in a fun mood and said that I, like many others, had a "Callback" contract when Griffin only rings if the alarm goes off. I recommend everyone to read security contracts diligently, as I understand it, other security companies also have such contracts. Undeniably, my fault is that I didn't read the whole contract in detail, I trusted Griff's employee, with whom we signed a contract, that it is a normal security contract, which in my opinion is - if the alarm works, the security goes.
