5.12. I ordered goods, some of which are intended as a greeting to our distant relatives in England. Delivery is promised on 7.12.12 by courier to your home (I always choose delivery according to my work schedule, plus I use a free delivery promotion). 7.12 around five in the evening (delivery time until 18.00) I receive an SMS that my order will be delayed and it is planned to fulfill it on 19.12.2018! As this delay is, to put it mildly, too long, I called to refuse the order, to which I received a promise to return the money within 5 days! Hays, today is the 6th day (still on the same date I wrote them an email with this information so I have proof of this promise.. of course no answers) and no money! Call to clarify. Now my colleague has made a mistake on December 7 and delivery is expected within 14 days! I somehow do not think it is legal, because all other stores always send a maximum of 3 working days money back.. Call the CRPC - yes, it is not legal, there is no right for them and the money must be returned immediately the next working day maximum, given that the product has not even been shipped yet!We call again and spend our personal money in this pointless dispute... http://110.shop/lv/t/atteikuma-tiesibas - here in paragraph 9 their law is indicated.
