Several issues encountered
I'll quit Oceancom myself soon, but I think it's worth sharing my experiences with this one. company service. I am currently subscribing to internet and tv. On tv: there was a software update a year ago, but the remote remained the same and half of the buttons still didn't work. When using Oceancom 3 gauds, during the rain the internet and television periodically work and do not work (turn on and off several times every 5 minutes), which is very annoying. Often some TV programs do not work - the so-called "loading" symbol is displayed. Then you have to pat on the back a little each time. Sometimes the decoder also tends to touch,as a result, it must be removed from the socket and it performs several mine updates. About the Internet: As I mentioned, it is not possible to use the Internet in the rain. There have been cases when everything is turned off overnight without any explanation or warning (for the whole apartment building). If I'm at home alone, then the quality of the Internet is not bad, but if 3 people want to watch Internet movies or series at the same time, it is not possible (do not pull). I am currently using my own decoder, which is much better than what Oceancom has to offer, but it doesn't help much. About service: once in these 3 years, Oceancom customer service called and asked about services, but when I told about the problems, nothing was done to fix them. What good is it to call and hear feedback if it doesn't change anything anyway... Maybe these problems are space related. Where I live (Pie Jaunmarupe), but I do not plan to use the services provided by Oceancom again in the future. I have no doubt that many have not experienced these problems, so there is no point in worrying too much. I can't provide more detailed information about new offers from Oceancom because I haven't tried them. If you do not use the Internet and TV often, then Oceancom will suit you perfectly...
