Hate detergent due to thickness

Wasn’t able to reach anyone. This GAIN detergent is horrible. It’s very thick, it doesn’t dissolve, and it leaves all the green matter in the washer. What the heck!!! It has little bugs in it

Opened and had little beetle bugs.just sinking to the bottom it scared me. I thought it was in my clothes. I think they should give their costumer something for a whole year for the horrible experience they have with their products.
