Super poor service and no need inside ScandinavianBank
ScandinavianBank Lion branch tried to deposit money at an ATM, but it on fire. A branch employee helped to recover the card, but the ATM did not return the USD 500 ATM. I was referred to a consultant who inappropriately explained that "they will deal with your claim within 2 weeks". Asking-who are they? -Don't even comment on what is the department in charge of ATMs. Another employee said that it was difficult to talk to me and that if I continued, I would be removed from the proposed fast-track checklist.
