First reimbursement took nearly a year and a bunch of follow up emails from me. Second one they are saying I didn’t provide my address and am beyond 45 days so won’t be reimbursed. The company is a fraud and an unscrupulous operator.

Flyback promises to refund air travel for you annually for 10 years after you pay them up front for 2 years of travel. It is promoted by resorts in Mexico as a premier service.
