Invalid Tracking Link – NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I have been trying to contact the company for 2 days regarding an invalid link through their portal. I searched high and low for a phone number to speak to someone and the ONLY place I was able to find it was on a website called “pissedconsumer.com”. This is scary!
