Ko Chang's poor local guide tour
November 2, 2020 - November 16, 2020 was a trip to Thailand. Thank you for a nice trip. We are infinitely grateful to the local guides Gustav and Thai Ronis for the fantastic team work, approach, responsiveness, attention. Super guys - this is what all guides should be. But it is unfortunate that Valery, the local representative of the tour company in Ko Chang, was the complete opposite. A person who tends to sell only leisure trips on the island. Without any additional comments or additional information. Without going into customer needs. Island trip with snorkeling (excursion 1500 baht per person). No information was provided that an additional 200 baht per person would be charged on site for entry into the national park. Diving 3000 baht per person. - no information was provided for an additional charge of 400 baht for the service. No problem paying that money - the story is that the customer needs to be informed about these extra expenses.
