Poor service, arbitrariness and permissiveness of employees
I would like to inform you that the service in the cafe "Klavas Lapa" Shopping Mall "Origo" is disgusting. The cashier permits a gross reprimand to the visitor, initiating a conflict with the visitor. The leadership is corrupt and does not respond to visitors' reprimands. Complaints sent by e-mail are not answered within the statutory deadline. Food is not tasty, no hand disinfectants were found in a visible place, tables, chair handles are not disinfected after visitors.
