I received notice of reward -$100.00 walmart gift card in mail to claim over my phone to receive to start and finish my xmas shopping

Charged me $60

FamilyShoppingClub.com called me and offered gift cards and etc. I agreed to pay for shipping. A month later they somehow get my credit card number and charged me $60. I will send all the gift cards them back if only they return me the money.
