I received the wig a week ago and have tried daily to reach someone . Can you help me please???
The delivery took almost 5 mnths & I paid extra to receive my wig early! Had to contact them 3+ x’s to see where it was, each response claimed on its way. Lies. When wig arrived, I was appalled! The color was gross-little dark spots at the “roots” and it’s not real hair. Looks horrible! No care...

I have try to reset my password several time with the company and I cannot get it reset, so I can contact them and every time I try I cannot get it reset, so I have to make one up so I can get in contact with them.
Don’t buy from the website www.fairywigs.com. I bought wig from them, but it recently arrived and looked completely different as on the website. The colour was darker and the design was completely different. I wanted to return it back, but I needed to pay for the return postage. I really advise you to stay away from them...
