Haven’t received items

I ordered back April and still haven’t received my stuff I already paid for and when I put in my tracking # it says none found! Cannot find a phone number to even call them at or anything … poor service! User’s recommendation: do NOT waste your money.

Denied a refund for purchase I never received

Said it was shipped. Usps said it was delivered but I didnt recieve it. Fairy season denys me a refund for no reason at all. User’s recommendation: Dont *** with them.

"I submitted all necessary information, but was told it was insufficient I just was starting to get the run around. Just resolved it another way myself. Thank Mattel for non service."
