Poor service, fraud
Hello! On Thursday (July 16, 2020) in the morning I charged my phone to the smart service Quebec Plaza - the screen does not work (there are cracks) and the back panel is broken. We talked about performing diagnostics from the beginning (maybe the screen doesn't work due to the software) and then we'll decide what to do next. I asked, How long will it take to complete the diagnosis? The young man with red hair and the Beautiful Miss, who trained her, promised that the diagnosis would be done on the same day, the next day at the latest, and then they would call me, announce the diagnostic results and offer repair options. Friday ran, then Saturday and Sunday and also Monday - no news from smartService. On Tuesday (July 21, 2020) I went to a smart service to find out what was going on. This time there was only a young man with brown hair who informed me that he did not work on Friday and did not promise me anything at all. And in general, they have hundreds of phones, and if I haven't called, it means that he has not reached me yet. Looking at the computer, I was informed that the master recommended changing the screen and the back panel (such a recommendation could be given without diagnostics), but it did not report the results of the diagnostics. I asked how long it would take for them to make the recommended repairs. The answer was - 7 working days (5 days are needed to order parts and 2 days to make repairs). So long I waited and wanted to collect my phone (it takes no more than 2 hours to change the screen). But it wasn't given to me! Justification - the master will be only after 16:00 (hundreds of phones are repaired and the master works from 16:00?) And since I did not book my visit then the phone cannot be issued to me and I will have to go to them again - just did not explain when! Well, I'll go to a lawyer to write a correct application to the police with a request to initiate a criminal case for fraud and embezzlement.
