Poor service, damage
Hello! I am writing a complaint about the Clean Control dry cleaning Shopping Mall spice. So I brought a branded windbreaker (silk 100%), which was put on twice in a dry cleaner a second time, before handing over I asked for a better iron, because the first time the belt was poorly ironed. When I came to the jacket, I saw a jacket with a fired collar, and the whole jacket was tightened, the whole jacket in small black spots, as if someone had put points on the jacket with a pen. I started asking questions and asking how we would solve the problem that I started to ride on and comment "you seem to agree to you a new jacket fee" I said she is a new tow twice accepted and gave the jacket the same woman and she knows that the jacket was perfect pregnant! Because there were no comments made before acceptance. I wrote a submission that said it would be answered within 2 weeks. Ne call or email. After a month and a half I came in, started asking, started driving on top of me again and said I needed a check, I say no check, look for how much it costs, if you don't believe the price of which the answer to me is an old collection jacket, then they checked! In the end I was told to return the jacket and € 6.
