Poor Service

I've ridden this company's taxi several times and everything has been fine so far. Taxis are always booked as early as last night, as the trip is scheduled for early in the morning. It is as usual to receive a text message from the system that the taxi will be present at the time of delivery. It is important to mention that passing a taxi is always with time to get to your destination. After waiting for 10 minutes to call the dispatcher, he informed that the taxi driver was delayed because he was asleep (!) Waiting for another 10 minutes. When a taxi arrives with a delay of 20 minutes, there is a formal apology, but after communication from the taxi driver, it does not seem to be particularly disturbed by their delay. During the trip to the placewhere do i have to go, not showing turns, etc. maneuvers are a regular occurrence. But the moment when the car's front wheel releases air halfway through is the brightest moment. As the offerer laments the fact, I am halfway behind on an important meeting. At my call, the driver called another taxi, but I had no idea when the newly called taxi could arrive at the bus stop and got to where it was needed. In summary, 40 minutes of time is spent using the company's service (taxis are usually ordered directly for safety reasons, so you can get to where you need in time without any worries), delays and finishing at the final destination by public transport (fortunately the car stops halfway directly at the public transport stop and not, for example, at a point where you still have to stop). Until now, when I decided to take a bus from a taxi driver, in none of these cases did I really notice his concern that the customer was being delayed due to poor service. In the middle, silly jokes and irony were absolutely out of place. Okay, in my case, I could apologize for the delay in the place where I had to arrive, but the people who go on the plane, the bus, the event and countless other places where it is important to get there Mentioned here, I do not know what to do in such a situation the customer would start. Unfortunately, but I will choose the services of other taxi companies in the future, because I do not believethat this is an adequate treatment of the client.
