The only two ways to contact e-trailer are phone call, which I’m currently on hold with an estimated wait time of 26 minutes. Or you can snail mail them. Super frustrating! Got a Everchill refrigerator from them and it doesn’t stay closed while driving down the road even with the lock in place. Then they don’t let you leave reviews to let others know the problems. I think the reviews must all be fake on their site. User’s recommendation: Shop somewhere else.
