Esecuritel is a joke

This company is a joke. Filled claim in October, now 2 month later I still didn’t received my phone. Paid 156$ plus they charged me 420$ for not returning my damaged device. Called a bunch of times in advance asking to not charge me, because I didn’t received new device from them yet but they still did.... Read more➤

They are scamming

Esecuritel sold to Brightstar w/out communication to their customers. when you attempt to cancel this service on their website you are directed to an 800 number. The representative ‘pretends’ not to hear you and terminates the call. Tried several times on different phones. Called my credit card to cancel and esecuritel/brightstar did the same thing to them.... Read more➤
I had some dealings with eSecuritel, but I won’t advise anyone this company. They sent me cancellation email of my inquiry, but I had already paid them. They didn’t return money back, and they only gave me empty promises. I don’t know what measures to take in order to return money. Please if you had any ideas... Read more➤

Agreement

VIASATS is one of the companies here in Australia that operates on the principle of branching. I fell when I signed the new contract for the new price on the basic decoder, of course in this case concluding a fixed-term contract, but seeing as a fool fell, the contract also included my additional decoder, for which I did not receive any additional discount. Now, to give up my extra decoder, I don't know why (logically) I have to pay a penalty, even though it's an extra service and shouldn't be related to the basic package. After long discussions with VIASAT, the operator replied to me: from a human point of view, I understand you, there is no logic, but the contract is in place and everything. This is: RE HOW WE WON BEAUTIFUL! Of course, I also liked the letter, which I think many received, about the change to the contract, which was usually unwritten and which, if there were objections, I had to reply to myself and, if there is no reply, we think you have agreed to the new contract. STUNNING! It seems to me that their lawyer is a complete dunduk. That's the office!
