Poor service

On December 18, 2020, around 12.24, a helper color taxi code Ў-code LC-5761 was called. The taxi was booked at 12.24, arrived as if in 15 minutes, but stood not knowing where. We were out of procedures in the health center, after the systems and had no desire to walk closer to the nearby yards and quarters, We walked two blocks around the med. center and did not see the machine. When the driver (according to more precise coordinates) arrived, the driver's behavior was defiantly aggressive and dominant. I recognized this driver, because already in the summer the driver provoked us to the conflict, he commanded and threatened to throw us to the Forest Park halfway, if we take a picture of the opposite. 1. This offerer stood and did not know where the minutes of 10-15. 2. Boarding a taxi was extremely rough. 3.I help to turn off the extremely loud metal rock music, which sounded taxi 4.I opposed the command that there must be a second line... I said that health does not allow. 5. I will show the driver that the face mask only covers his chin. The 6th draw was 2x bigger than the same trip hours before. 4.70 instead of 12.70! It is unacceptable that a passenger is a crap to such a rude driver, with a dominant behavior... to feel like a slave in the original community. If I'm a passenger and I pay for the trip, why do I still need a gentleman who discharges passengers?!
