Missing Subscribed Newspaper

Once again, there is a missing subscribed newspaper as far as LP is concerned I don't like that setting. Maybe it could eliminate the monopolist and it will be better. How can it turn out that I would order a foreign press with all the delivery directly from abroad much cheaper than here on the spot? In the future, I'll be in touch with mail as much as I can't get the service elsewhere.
