Poor customer representative service trash and they lie!

This is my second tv that the TV remote has quit working customer service dont wont to try and help you, they just just wont to sell. no wonder Walmart sells them for 199 on Black Friday they are no good . Please never ever use them. They scammed my son out of 700 USD. until today, he did not receive the laptop and on top of it they blocked him on Instagramm. Stay away from Emerson Electronics.

My son saw a 13.3 inch mac book on the Instagram account of this so called Emerson Electronics, and he liked. Up until he made the payment, they were engaging with him and responding to his questions and concerns. Once he received via SMS, the so-called invoice, and he made the payment using Zelle, all communications stopped.... Read more➤
