Location closed and I have gift cards

Cant get ahold of anyone and this is so frustrating. I want a refund for my gift cards!!!

Elephant bar went out of business in Fresno and I have a gift card

I did contact them and they said I could use the card in another town. I can’t go to another town. They refused to help me.
