TV well turn on to a black screen and then turn off after 10 seconds I can’t change any settings

Pushed power button a little bit of light comes on the TV for about 14 seconds I and and unable to change any channel or anything on the TV and it shuts off after and 14 some seconds

Tv screen mess up

I tried calling the customer service and the technical support Anna was very helpful throughout the process and she guided me until the end. Unfortunately, I was told the Tv was defective after all. I had to send it back to the store for replacement.
