My dishwasher is only 2 years old and has broken down 7 times and every time I have had to pay for service charges. I paid $1100. for this top of the line dish washer and haveing it break down 7 times in 2 years is unexceptable. I have not gotten any where with the customer service....

Non-delivery of the order, deception.
At the beginning of June, only an order was made - a coffee machine from www .proffit.com, which claims that the product will be delivered within 10-12 working days. It will take more for the specified days - silence. When calling Proffit employees, I will receive an answer from the manager by e-mail. OK good. The e-mail indicates the date of delivery 02.07.2020. Small 02.07.2020. and silence. Call again where I am instructed that 08.07.2020. the vending machine is guaranteed! And, of course, there is silence again. I understand that delivery is currently delayed, but then specify it once and do not promise any dates when the product will be present! I will call the staff again to find out where the product is and if mystical dates will be promised again, claim a refund. Also, in no phone conversation did anyone explain the reason for the delay or apologize! Order no. 89272
