They had us purchase a BP monitor that was NOT covered by Insurance…they told us it was and that they “checked” with BCBS…they did NOT. Sent us a bill for $526.18 for this monitor that doesn’t work and would not take it back. US AG Office is involved now…BE WARY of this joke of a company.
