Poor service
I took my electric scooter for warranty repair 2 weeks ago because something was broken. I gave them a clean and assembled machine. I get a message that the machine is back from the service and 1. when I noticed she was greased with some white substance 2. She was dismantled and when I asked if they could tell me she was told she was driving broken I am not completely satisfied with the customer service in their store. It would be desirable for me to return the device to someone I took them assembled. I did not sign the repair papers because I did not give them my product in such a condition!
