Package arrived destroyed. Issued my store credit super late, and I missed the sale

I was looking forward to the Cyber Sale, and was waiting to receive my store credit from a return. Cyber Monday would have been the 7th day, which is the latest youre supposed to get your credit after a return. It took another week to get my store credit, and by that time, the sale was over....
