Horrible after the sale customer service. Do not buy your RV from them. They promise things before you sign the purchase contract then fail to deliver. Andrew is the worst and their service department is sub par. Will never do business with them again, lesson learned!

2015 Roodwood 8244WS from RV Direct/RV One (picked in up in Des Moines IA location) only $300 less than the local dealer.
