Poor service
I ordered a package, paid for home delivery, no messages for more than a week, tracking the package in the application, I found out that the package is already week is at the post office closest to my address, not delivered to the address I paid for, and there was no notice that the package had been delivered to the nearest post office or that it was already present at all.
