When I called, I realized that I didn't see the sofa because I had to wait for the next load and it could be around November 13. I'm taking a vacation and again!, everything is fine, I have another 2 weeks in reserve. The next one was already on December 9, when I was not delivered a sofa, but promised to return 19. 12 with the last delivery this year! What do you think? Call me at 19. 12 before Christmas and say, "unfortunately we will not deliver to you this year, it could only be 07. 01,2020, but we will refund you - 5% of the amount, bring it up and deliver it for free". Today is 07,101,2020 and there is no sofa, after 20x dialed I picked up the handset and again started to justify that the sofa will be at the end of the week! This is a great fraud and a deception. If the company does not know how to keep its promises, then close it! It is not necessary to feed customers with promises, the craziest, when Australians think only about money (profit) and only afterwards about the consequences.
