I have been trying to reach a customer service rep for 2 days now. I am presently on hold at both their service numbers for over 40 minutes. I attempted to leave my number for a call back and that appears not to be working. I attempted to make changes to my delivery date at their website....

Started with them in March during COVID because we are high risk. The first 4 deliveries we had problems with broken 5 gallon jugs. Now they skipped our delivery date NEVER CALLED – I have been calling every day for 2 weeks and they keep telling me and sending confirmation emails that they are coming every day...

Constantly rescheduling of deliveries. Call customer service and always told that yes you are scheduled for today. But no one shows up. Why do I have to continue calling to hear when they are coming, and they don’t. I have called over and over 3 times in one week and told the same thing and no one...

Since I last reviewed , things have improved. Even now through this COVID19 pandemic, I have received the correct water on time. Its a big improvement & It’s much appreciated. User’s recommendation: if service stays this good, I recommend Crystal Springs .
I had mountain valley then they took the account over and said they would continue to delivery service now they wont deliver services to me at all User’s recommendation: Need some assistance ASAP.
