I have been trying unsuccessfully to escape from the bee mobile operator for 2 weeks. I go to the Telstra service center, write an application that I want to become their customer, give me a Telstra sim card and say that within 3 days I will receive an sms with information that the sim card needs to be changed. The next day I receive an SMS from Telstra that my transfer agreement has been canceled. Call to Telstra - why? I am told - the bee has informed them that I have changed my mind and no longer want to change the operator! Call the bee and say - I haven't talked to you! I haven't changed my mind! And I still want to give you up! What's up? For what reason are you speaking on my behalf? The cameraman confirms that no one has really talked to me and that an error has apparently occurred. Something like this happens 1x and in the future my transition will not be hindered. I went to Telstra again. Tell the situation. The service girl sees on the computer the real reason why I was refused a switch. It turns out - bee told them that I'm trying to change the operator to a foreign number!? And this is not the first time such a situation! Again, article submission. A new sms is being delivered again. After a day I again receive an SMS that my application has been canceled.
