Long delivery and defective item
First, when we paid for the sofa at the end of January, we were told we were on the list, which would be there in a week and a half. We are waiting, we are waiting... It takes 2 months before we decide to make the first call to the store to inquire about our product. That's how we called every few weeks. The answers were as follows... Either the fur will not go specially because of our 1 sofa, or there was no space for our sofa in the fur, or in Poland there is a holiday all week long and therefore no one will go (there were only 2 holidays). And by calling ourselves, we just got some information. It took 4 months before we received the information (calling ourselves again) that the sofa was finally in Brisbane. And now they have waited 4 months for delivery, you have to pay 35 € for transportation and 5 € for the fact that on the first floor helps to bring... Okay. Stretcher with their carrying and carrying. We put the sofa... Everything is as if ok. A pillow moldy... Again somewhere something needs to be sent. Something to wait... The endless circle with them. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional attitude. And not meeting your customers.
