BRAND NEW DUAL LENNOX UNIT from COLLINS COMFORT MASTER PHX AZ

Brand new unit installed in 12/2018 for my rental home – unit was not used until tenant moved in the weekend of Feb 9-10th 2019 – within in 2 days of use unit failed, he was not working and “Critical Error” message on digital/wifi thermostat.
