$2200 rip off of tenant

Beware of these dishonest and deceitful people. They verbally sign you up for a 12 month lease, then deploy the classic “bait and switch” by putting 13 months into your contract and then keeping your full month deposit ($2200 in my case) as a nice financial bonus for themselves at the end of your lease.
