Never received items, no response form company…after severl attempts

So, this company has got to be a complete scam. I ordered two items, for free* (*just pay shipping). They took my money, promised a shipping time of 15 -25 days (not uncommon for junk coming from China). The items never came, and they never responded to any of my emails.
