Poor service
This year, due to my fault, we spent a "wonderful" new year at this hotel. We paid 260 dollars for 2 people. We arrived 15 minutes after the start of the event, there was no place to sit, and there was no one who knew where our table could be, we stood and rolled our eyes to the people. Buffet without drinks, without coffee and tea. It's good that they had their own champagne. I will not talk about the event itself, it is not worth it. Only, I don't know where the promised oriental dances, various demonstrations and exciting performances, etc. were left in the program? The next morning we ran to the spa, where we were waiting for a cold jacuzzi and an equally cold pool meter by meter. The most enjoyable holiday breakfast with oatmeal porridge and sausages - there was NO more on the table - no standard sliced cheese, muesli or corn flakes, no coffee, no tea, either and as usual there is no one to even ask, or something else will appear on this a festive breakfast table if everything is caught either as (sorry I didn't order either a festive dinner or breakfast). I am very sorry to catch the bad reviews of the Lake Spa, which is nearby, for the same price for such a package. At least the spa in that guest house is definitely incomparably better. I do not recommend anyone to come here, especially in the new year.
